-We will have exciting guest speakers this summer pouring into our lives!
-This Sunday will be Mike Maggard. Mike makes it his day job to help our city of Bakersfield as a County Supervisor, he also is a CPA, and you will often see him on stage here at VBF giving you the weekly announcements.

-Recruiting Security & Parking Volunteers:

-New App to Tithe on Your Smart Phone and Set Up Reoccurring Giving:
-Many have asked how you can set up reoccurring giving. We now have a way for you to do this! Visit the SecureGive app from your smart phone, search for Valley Bible Fellowship. Provide a one-time gift OR set up reoccurring giving (which you can change at any time within the app itself)

-Back 2 School:
-We will be collecting school supplies for families in need right here within our VBF family. Please drop school supplies off in the small school buses in the lobby.

-Day of Prayer:
-VBF has partnered with over 40 local churches to pray over our congregations and our community.
-VBF day to pray for 24 hours straight is on the third Thursday of every month, starting in July tomorrow, Thursday July 17.
-If you would like to join the prayer team sign up today at the prayer booth.

-In God We Trust Event: Thursday, July 31, at Marriott in Bakersfield
-Event marks the celebration of the 58th year of our national motto “In God We Trust”.
-Tickets are $58 each. For information on purchasing tickets and the program, please grab a flyer from the Information Booth.
